We can bring dance to the next generation.

Today, we invite you to join in.  It's time to move.

Dance asks us to catch, fly, push, pull, lean, rise, breathe, and lift. At SYREN, we move together. As dancers, we are both lifted and lifting, falling and soaring, one moment alone, and the next surrounded by support. Always, it is the support of one another, and the support of those beyond the walls of the studio that keeps SYREN soaring.

From SYREN’s Board Members:

“Through the challenges of the worldwide pandemic, SYREN remained connected. Their artistry and dedication to performance as a medium to inspire and educate is demonstrated by their community work, their desire to work with collaborators from other fields, and their commitment to inspiring audiences through live performance.” -Nicolle Bennett

Life will go on with or without dance and music and art.
That has never been the issue. However, we need to ask
ourselves what a life without them is worth, and
how each of us can bring greater light to the world
.”
-Richard Katz

“I have been in awe over the past few years at the myriad ways SYREN has managed to adapt to continue bringing us their beautiful work. But this spring marks an exciting return to so much of the programming that makes SYREN such a unique joy to be a part of — workshops and Sip and Move and brilliant seminars exploring dance and the sciences. Supporting SYREN's spring campaign directly supports the vitality, connectivity, and creativity of this kind of work at a time when it is more important than ever.”
