Come as you are, from any room in your home to a virtual SYREN workshop. Kate and Lynn will lead a thorough warm-up and get your body moving in a variety of ways including class-work, improvisation, phrase work, composition, and remembering what it's like to dance with one another. There will be a wide range of music and styles. This class is geared toward students ages 14 and up with dance experience. Professionals welcome.
